Kim Jong-un works with top DPRK negotiators

Leader of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) Kim Jong-un had a strategy meeting with DPRK top negotiators soon after arriving in Hanoi on February 26 for his second meeting with US President Donald Trump, according to the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA).

Hanoi (VNA) – Leader of the Democratic People’sRepublic of Korea (DPRK) Kim Jong-un had a strategy meeting with DPRK topnegotiators soon after arriving in Hanoi on February 26 for his second meetingwith US President Donald Trump, according to the KoreanCentral News Agency (KCNA).

The DPRK state news agency on February 27 posted a pictureon Kim working with the negotiators, SpecialRepresentative for US affairs from the State Affairs Commission Kim Hyok Choland head strategy at the United Front Department (UFD) of the Workers’ Party ofKorea (WPK) Kim Song Hye.

Attending the meeting, which took place in the Melia hotel,was also Foreign Minister Ri Yong-ho and Deputy Foreign Minister Choe Son-hui.

At the meeting, Kim listenedto reports on the contact between the working delegations dispatched by theDPRK and the US to Hanoi for the second DPRK-US summit.

For five consecutive daysfrom February 21, Hyok-chol held his talks with his US counterpart StephenBiegun in Hanoi to seek a reachable deal at the DPRK-US Summit Hanoi.
