Hanoi (VNA) – State President Tran Dai Quang on September 8 sent a congratulatory message to President of the Presidium of the Supreme People’s Assembly Kim Yong Nam on the 68th Independence Day of the Democratic People’s Republᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚic of Korea (September 9).

On the occasion, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc also cabled congratulations to his counterpart Pak Pong Ju. Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh conveyed greetings to Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho.-VNA
