Hanoi (VNA) – Voters voiced their hope for better performances by the President, Prime Minister, Chief Justice of the Vietnam🍒 Supreme People’s Court and Procurator General of the Vietnam Su🅘preme People’s Procuracy in the new tenure, to help the country grow further.

They watched a live discussion session on draft reports on the performance during the 2011-2016 working tenure of the President, Government, Prime Minister, Chief Justice and Procurator General, on March 29, as part of the ongoing 11th meeting of the 13th National Assembly.
Tran Phu Cuong, head of the Study Encouragement Association of Ward 5 in Ca Mau city of Ca Mau province, said that all 26 ideas of deputies made during the session were straightforward, contributing significantly to the draft reports. However, NA deputies have yet to propose measures to address existing difficulties in the concluding working tenure of the President, Government, Prime Minister, Chief Justice and Procurator General.
Sharing a similar assessment of the ideas, Nguyen Ngoc Minh from Hai Chau district of Da Nang city said that NA deputies in the next tenure should contribute more effective opinions, especially during question and answer sessions. Meanwhile, Le Van Huu, deputy head of the Thanh Hoa provincial War Veterans’ Association, said that the reports contain general evaluations on the achievements in all areas, while analysing weaknesses in management by the Government and the Prime Minister. However, the reports should clarify measures to promote the achievements and handle shortcomings in operations by the Government, he added.-VNA
