At its recent 28th meeting, the People's Council of the central province of Quang Tri has passed a resolution to name 40 streets and five bridges in Dong Ha city, including a street named after martyr Luong Nghia Dung – a journalist of the Vietnam News Agency (VNA).

President Tran Dai Quang has presented Ho Chi Minh Awards and State Awards for Literature and Art to outstanding works from three photojournalists of the Vietnam News Agency (VNA), along with more than 50 other authors and artists.
