The ministry reported that it alsoconducted value assessments for 10 domestic waterway managemententerprises and the Vietnam Salvage Company.
Additionally, seven subsidiaries of the Vietnam Railway and the VietnamNational Shipping Lines (Vinalines) were given the nod.
A proposal to equitise the Vietnam Expressway Corporation (VEC) in2016 is currently under consideration, said Deputy Minister Nguyen HongTruong.
During the reviewed period, as many as 23 enterprisesunder six corporations withdrew State capital from non-core businessactivities, raising 357.5 billion VND (17 million USD) for the ministry.
The ministry instructed other corporations,including the Civil Engineering Construction Corporations 1 and 4(Cienco 1 and 4), Vinacomin Waterway Transport JSC and TransportEngineering Design Inc. (TEDI) to implement their State capitaldivestment.
It also urged the Southern Waterborne TransportCorporation to transfer its State capital ownership right to the StateCapital Investment Company (SCIC).-VNA
