Hanoi (VNA) –𓆉 Mobilephones and spare parts have become one of Vietnam’s key exports to China withturnover of 1.35 billion USD as of end of August, up 137 percent year-on-year, accordingto the General Department of Vietnam Customs.
In August alone, the figure surged to546 million USD, an increase of 132.3 percent compared to the previous monthand seven times higher than that of August 2016. Vietnam’s total export turnover to Chinawas estimated at 18.7 billion USD as the end of August, a rise of 45 percentyear on year.-VNA
According to the General Department of Vietnam Customs, combined export values of ten key products during Jan-Aug reached 96.83 billion USD, accounting for 71.71 percent of the nation's total amouont.
