The meeting considered the Supreme People’sProcuracy’s report on allowance policies for leadership and managementpositions as well as salaries and uniforms for officials, adding staffto the sector and setting up new People’s Procuracy bodies at districtlevels.

The committee proposed maintaining allowancepolicies for lead posts in accordance with Resolution 370 while keepingthe number of procurators and investigators at the Supreme People’sProcuracy and assigning the Chief Procurator to decide the quantity ofprocurators, investigators and staff at other high-level People’sProcuracies.

The majority of the committee members agreedon the Supreme People’s Procuracy report to establish five courts at thedistrict level, namely in H’Drai district in Kon Tum province, PhuRieng district in Binh Phuoc, Duyen Hai town in Tra Vinh, Ky Anh town inHa Tinh and Long My district in Hau Giang.-VNA
