National Assembly adopts important laws

Hanoi (VNA) – The National Assembly on November 25 adopted several important laws, including the revised Civil Procedures Code, the revised Law on Administrative Procedures, the Law on Referendum and the Law on Fees and Charges.

On November 26, 2015, the NA will vote on the Resolution on exercising bailiff regulations, the Law on Professional Military Personnel and Defence Workers, and discuss the draft revised Law on the Press.

The same day, the NA is also schedule to vote on the Resolution on the ratification of the Protocol amending the agreement establishing the World Trade Organisation (WTO), the draft law on the organisation of criminal investigation agency, and discuss the draft Law on Associations.

The National Assembly, the 13th tenure, opened its 10th session and the last in 2015, in Hanoi on October 20.

The session, scheduled to last 31 𒁃days, focuses on building laws to implement the 2013 Constitution and monitoring, assessing and deciding important socio-economic issues.-VNA
