Accordingly, the Politburo set the target of improving quality of preschool and general education to reach advanced standards in Asia by 2030.

After 80 years, from a poor and underdeveloped nation, Vietnam has risen to become a dynamic and creative economy, ranking among the top 15 countries for FDI attraction and the top 20 economies with the largest trade scale globally.
