Southern areas can have heavy rains at nights, with temperatures remaining at 24-35 degree Celsius.

The NCHMF said earlier this month that all regions in Vietnam arelikely to experience higher temperatures and less rain falls betweenJune and August compared to the yearly average level.

Theaverage temperatures across the country in summer months will be between0.5-1 degree Celcius higher than normal due to the impacts of El Ninopattern while less rainfalls means water shortages will continue incentral Vietnam until mid-September, the NCHMF warned.-VNA
