HCM City (VNA) - Giant propertydeveloper Novaland Group has launched a new project called Victoria Village inHo Chi Minh City’s District 2.

Located on Mai Chi Tho Boulevard, VictoriaVillage is a housing complex with condos, villas and houses.

An introductory event for the villas wouldbe organised on January 21, the company announced.

There will be four apartment blocks with 25floors with a total of 900 condos with one to three bedrooms designed inEuropean style, according to the developers.

They will range in size from 52sq.m to95sq.m.

The prices would start at 2.5 billion VND (109,000USD), it said.

There will be 92 villas and houses with theformer ranging from 160sq.m to 394sq.m and the latter from 107.2sq.m to298.4sq.m.

Novaland said the project would have allamenities including a 5,000sq.m swimming pool, kids play yard, and gym.

Construction will be complete in the firstquarter of 2020.

Novaland’s projects are mostly in HCM Cityand include The Sun Avenue, Sunrise City and Sunrise Riverside. - VNA
