The online tool allows individuals and firms to complete all relevant procedures and payment anywhere with internet-connected devices.
It is expected to strengthen the management of medical practitioners and facilitate licence granting, the Deputy Minister said.
Director of the Department for Medical Examination and Treatment Management Luong Ngoc Khue said his agency processes thousands of health care licences per month.
The tool helps save time, energy, and travel costs for individuals and firms, Khue said.
