Outward Bound project receives investment license in Binh Dinh

The central coastal province of Binh Dinh on July 7 granted an investment certificate to the Singaporean KinderWorld Education Group to build Outward Bound skill education facilities.
The central coastal province of Binh Dinh on July 7 granted aninvestment certificate to the Singaporean KinderWorld Education Group tobuild Outward Bound skill education facilities.

The 60.3-hectareproject in the Tan Thanh tourism site at the Nhon Hoi Economic Zonewill be developed in three phases at a total cost of 10 million USD. Itwill include an Outward Bound life skill ward and auxiliaries,accommodation for students, teachers and experts; and other facilities.

Theproject aims to provide programmes to develop life skills in line withinternational standards for students, officials, experts and domesticand foreign travellers while offering housing, healthcare, restaurant,entertainment and sports services.

This is the 16th projectinvested by Singaporean KinderWorld Education Group in Vietnam,following Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang city, Binh Duong province,Nha Trang city and Vung Tau city. It has a crucial role in developingskills for the youth to overcome challenges in life.

TheKinderWorld Education Group was established in Singapore in 1986 toprovide quality educational programmes in a creative and challenginglearning environment. The Group is currently furthering its operationdin Australia, Indonesia, China and Vietnam.

Outward Bound,founded in 1941 in Wales, is a non-profit educational organisation andexpedition school that serves people of all ages and backgrounds throughchallenging learning expeditions that inspire self-discovery, both inand out of the classroom.-VNA
