Hanoi (VNA) – The Ministries of Industry andTrade, and Finance decided to increase the retail price of RON 92 petrol by 271VND to a maximum of 18,146 VND (79.8 US cents) per litre from 3pm of November4.
The price of E5 bio-fuel rose by 224 VND to maximum 17,858VND per litre, while the prices of diesel and kerosene up 201 VND and 199 VNDto 14,611 VND a litre and 13,198 VND a litre, respectively.
This is the 21th adjustment of fuel prices this year, withnine falls and eight increases.
The two ministries also decided to keep using the pricestabilisation fund for RON92 petrol and E5 biofuel at 300 VND per litre.
Meanwhile, the use of the fund for diesel was 250 VND per litre .-VNA
The retail prices of RON 92 and E5 petrol dropped by 112 VND and 105 VND per litre, respectively, from 16:55 of October 5, according to a joint decision of the ministries of Industry and Trade and Finance.
