Hanoi (VNA)꧟ - The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate for the US dollar at 24,572 VND/USD on February 13, up 22 VND from the previous day.

With the current trading band of +/- 5%, the ceiling rate applicable for commercial banks during the day is 25,801 VND/USD and the floor rate 23,343 VND/USD.
At major commercial banks, the opening-hour rates saw increases. At 8:39am, both Vietcombank and BIDV listed the buying rate at 25,380 VND/USD and the selling rate 25,740 VND/USD, up 40 VND at Vietcombank and 30 VND at BIDV./.
