Hanoi (VNA) – The State Bank ofVietnam set its reference VND/USD exchange rate at 22,443 VND/USD on themorning of March 27, down by 12 VNDfrom a day ago.
With the current +/- 3 percent VND/USD trading band, the ceiling exchange rateis 23,121 VND per USD and the floor rate is 21,777 VND per USD.
Almost all major commercial banks remainedtheir rates unchanged.
Vietcombankand Vietinbank respectively offered their rates at 22,760 VND (buying) and 22,830 VND (selling) per USD; and 22,676 VND (buying)and 22,746 VND (selling) per USD,unchanged from March 26.
Meanwhile,BIDV raised its rates by 15 VND to 22,775VND (buying) and 22,845 VND (selling) per USD.-VNA
