Reference exchange rate goes down by another 3 VND

The State Bank of Vietnam continues to cut the daily reference exchange rate for VND/USD by another 3 VND on July 19 to 22,433 VND per USD.

Hanoi (VNA) – The State Bank of Vietnam continues to cut thedaily reference exchange rate for VND/USD by another 3 VND on July 19 to 22,433VND per USD.

With the current trading band of +/-3 percent, the ceiling rate appliedto commercial banks during the day is 23,106 VND and the floor rate 21,760 VND.

Most major commercial banks kept their opening hour rates unchanged fromJuly 18.

Vietcombank is buying the greenback at 22,695 VND and selling at 22,765VND per USD.

At BIDV, the buying rate is 22,690 VND and the selling rate 22,760 VND.

Techcombank lists the buying rate at 22,680 VND and the selling rate22,770 VND per USD. -VNA
