ܫThe State Bank set the reference VND/USD exchange rate at 22,056 VND per USD on November 11, up 13 VND from the previous day.

With the current +/- 3 percent VND/USD trading band, the ceiling exchange rate is 22,717 VND per USD and the floor rate is 21,395 VND per USD.
Both Vietcombank and BIDV listed the buying rate at 22,285 VND per USD and the selling rate at 22,355 VND per USD in the opening hour.
Rates were also listed 22,280 – 22,360 VND/USD at Eximbank, down 10 VND from the day ago. Techcombank set 22,270 VND/USD as the buying rate and 22,390 VND/USD as the selling rate.-VNA
