At 8:19am, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 25,290 VND/USD and the selling rate 25,650 VND/USD, down 50 from February 24.
Meanwhile, BIDV cut both rates by 60 VND, listing the buying rate at 25,290 and the selling rate at 25,650 VND./.
