Hanoi (VNA) – The State Bank of Vietnam set the reference VND/USD exchange rate at22,276 VND/USD on March 31, up 11 VND from the day ago.

With the current +/- 3 percent VND/USD trading band, the ceiling exchange rateis 22,944 VND per USD and the floor rate is 21,608 VND per USD.

In the opening hours, commercial banks made slight changes to their rates.

Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 22,715 VND/USD and the selling rate at 22,785VND/USD, down 5 VND.

BIDV set its buying and selling rates at 22,710 VND and 22,780 VND, per USD, down10 VND.

Vietinbank offered its buying and selling rates at 22,705 VND and 22,785 VND,per USD, unchanged from the day ago. – VNA
