Hanoi (VNA) – The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange at 24,993 VND on June 16, up 18 VND from the last work day of the previous week.
With the current trading band of +/- 5%, the ceiling rate applicable for commercial banks during the day is 26,243 VND/USD and the floor rate 23,743 VND/USD.
At 8:30 am, the opening-hour rates at major commercial banks also went up.
Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 25,882 VND/USD and the selling rate at 26,242 VND/USD, up 32 VND from June 13 morning.
Meanwhile, BIDV raised both 🉐rates by 25 VND to 25,880 VND/USD (buying rate) and 26,240 VND/USD (selling rate)./.
