Hanoi (VNA) - The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate for the US dollar at 24,288 VND/USD on November 13, up 21 VND from the previous day.
At major commercial banks, the opening hour rates saw fluctuations.
At 8:15am, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 25,182 VND/USD and the selling rate at 25,502 VND/USD, both up 22 from November 12.
🐷 BIDV kept the buying rate at 25,160 VND/USD and raised the selling rate by 22 VND, listing at 25,502 VND/USD./.
