Hanoi (VNA) - The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate for the US dollar at 24,283 VND/USD on November 7, up 25 VND from the previous day.
With the current trading band of +/- 5%, the ceiling rate applicable for commercial banks during the day is 25,497 VND/USD and the floor rate 23,069 VND/USD.
At major commercial banks, the opening hour rates saw increases.
At 8:32am, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 25,197 VND/USD and the selling rate at 25,497 VND/USD, both up 27 VND from November 6.
