According to Indonesia’s national statistics agency BSP, at the endof the third quarter, Singapore accounted for 22.5 percent of totalforeign direct investment, leading all other countries and territoriesinvesting in Indonesia.
The number could hit 5 billion USD bythe end of this year, Antara news agency said, quoting Andri Hadi,Singaporean Ambassador to Indonesia.
The results areattributable to a series of events that have enhanced all-roundbilateral relations between the two Southeast Asian countries.
