Hanoi (VNA) – Ho Chi Minh City hopes Singapore will conduct more investment an💟d cooperation projects in the city.

Secretary of the municipal Party Committee Dinh La Thang made the remark at his reception for new Singaporean Ambassador to Vietnam Catherine Wong Siow Ping in the city on October 4.
He praised the relations between Singapore and Vietnam and particularly HCM City, which have developed widely.
Thang wished the new Ambassador would fulfill missions during her tenure to retain Singapore’s position as the third biggest investor in Vietnam and the largest in HCM City . He said he hopes Singapore will continue to share its development experience with the city and affirmed local authorities will further improve the business environment for foreign investors, including those from Singapore.-VNA
