During the meeting, the city leader was pleased to know that CZ Slovakia wantsto explore opportunities for cooperation and investment in HCM City.
With its experience in real estate, CZ Slovakia will have many opportunities toinvest in housing in the city, when HCM City’s population grows by an averageof 1 million people every five years, Nhan said.
He said municipal authorities will create good conditions for investors tooperate in the locality, noting all projects in the city are always publiclyannounced.
Nhan expressed his hope that with the foundation of good friendship betweenVietnam and Slovakia, Slovak companies will continue to expand cooperation inmany fields with Vietnam and HCM City in particular.
The construction of the 21-storey Slovakia –Vietnam Friendship Building is scheduled to be completed by next April./.
