State leader welcomes and holds talks with Bulgarian President
On the morning of November 25, President Luong Cuong and his spouse hosted a welcoming ceremony for Bulgarian President Rumen Radev and his spouse, who are on an official visit to Vietnam. Following the ceremony, the two leaders held talks.
