Thailand showcases top brands at HCM City trade fair

HCM City (VNA)﷽ - The Top Thai Brands 2025 trade fair kicked off in Ho Chi Minh City on May 14.

Co-organised by the Thai Ministry of Commerce's Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP) and local partners, this year’s fair aims to strengthen ties between Thai and Vietnamese businesses, while responding to growing demand in the Vietnamese market. Around 210 booths of 175 exhibitors, including Thai exporters and Vietnamese importers, are presenting a wide range of high-quality Thai products and services.
The event is expects to welcome some 60,000 visitors during the course of four days. It features sectors such as food and beverages, beauty and wellness, home appliances, fashion, car and motorbike parts, and tourism. According to Thai Trade Counsellor Usasri Kheorayab, Thailand and Vietnam have maintained a long-standing partnership, particularly in trade and investment. Regular Thai trade fairs held in Vietnam demonstrate Thailand’s commitment to expanding bilateral trade.
Deputy Chief the Office of the Vietnamese Ministry of Industry and Trade Nguyen Van Nga affirmed that the two countries are key ASEAN economies. Thailand is currently Vietnam’s largest trading partner in ASEAN and ranks in the top 10 foreign investors. Top Thai Brands has become a key event in boosting Thailand–Vietnam economic cooperation and offers valuable opportunities for direct business engagement./.
