An annual non-profit art award for children entitled “De Men” will be launched by Vietnam News Agency’s The Thao & Van Hoa (Sports and Culture) newspaper on May 27.

Hanoi (VNA) - An annual non-profit art awardfor children entitled “De Men” will be launched by Vietnam News Agency’s The Thao & Van Hoa (Sports and Culture) newspaper onMay 27.

The jury will consist of prestigious artistsinvolved in children’s arts, including Vice Chairmen of the Vietnam Writers Association,poet Tran Dang Khoa and writer Nguyen Quang Thieu, poet and musician Nguyen ThuyKha, painter Thanh Chuong, director Nguyen Phi Phi Anh, painter Le Linh, andEditor-in-Chief of The Thao & Van Hoa journalist Le Xuan Thanh.

The paper will present awards to winners onSeptember 29, with works to be exhibited or performed within the framework of theawards ceremony./.
