HCM City (VNA) - AgricultureHub Vietnam, the country’s largest exhibition in the agricultural sector andcomprising three separate international exhibitions on livestock breeding,cultivation, and agricultural machinery and equipment, will be held in Ho ChiMinh City in March.
The three exhibitions are HortEx Vietnam(the first exhibition and conference on horticultural and floriculturalproduction and processing technology), Agri Machinery & Tech Vietnam Expo(the first international show on agricultural machinery, equipment andtechnologies), and ILDEX Vietnam (the seventh international exhibition onlivestock, dairy, meat processing and aquaculture).
They are expected to attract around 420exhibitors from 35 countries and territories, including Viet Nam, France,Belgium, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, the US, Japan, Canada, the Republicof Korea, China, and India.
Speaking at a press briefing for the eventlast week, Nguyen Ba Vinh, director of Minh Vi Exhibition and AdvertisementService Co Ltd (VEAS), one of the organisers, said: “Many foreign exhibitorswill come for the first time to Vietnam. And they want to connect with Vietnamesecompanies.”
They will showcase the latest services andtechnologies related to livestock breeding, cultivation and agriculturalmachinery and equipment. The event will also feature conferences and seminarsto provide visitors with up-to-date information about the sectors, he said.
Co-organised along with partners fromThailand, the Netherlands and China, Agriculture Hub Vietnam will offerdomestic businesses a good chance to seek partners for market expansion andacquire state-of-art technologies from leading countries.
The event, to be held at the Saigon Exhibitionand Convention Centre from March 14 to 16, is expected to attract more than15,000 trade visitors. - VNA
