Three businesses in Dak Lak recognised as prestigious exporters in 2018

Three companies in the Central Highlands province of Dak Lak have been recognised by the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) as prestigious export businesses in 2018.

Dak Lak (VNA) – Three companies in the Central Highlands provinceof Dak Lak were recognised by the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) asprestigious export businesses in 2018.

They are the Dak Lak September 2nd Import-Export CompanyLimited (Simexco Daklak), the Dak Lak Rubber Company (Dakruco), andthe Dakman Vietnam Limited.

Simexco Daklak met standards in the two industries of coffee and pepper,Dakruco was selected in the rubber industry, while Dakman Vietnam satisfiedcriteria in the coffee industry.

The list of “prestigious export businesses” was selected based on criteria set bythe Ministry of Industry and Trade on minimum export turnover, reputation inbusiness with foreign partners, and fulfillment of duties to the State in thefields of customs, tax and environment.

On the basis of nominations by 55 agencies and organisations (includingministries, agencies, industry associations, and municipal and provincialdepartments of industry and trade), the MoIT selected 225 businesses (equivalentto 235 turns of enterprises in 25 industries), including 11 companies in the fieldof coffee export, 20 in rubber and 13 in pepper.

This is an all-out activity necessary to support Vietnamese enterprises toboost exports and expand markets, especially when Vietnam has joined a seriesof bilateral and multilateral free trade agreements./.
