Efforts to search for Nguyen Huu Quang, 29, from the northern province of Ninh Binh and Phan Anh Tan, 54, from the central province of Ha Tinh still continue, according to the Maritime Search and Rescue Coordination Centre of Region 3. The ship, named Hoang Phuc 18, is scheduled to be towed to the Sao Mai – Ben Dinh area of Vung Tau city, the southern province of Ba Ria – Vung Tau, on late November 3 for investigation and repairs. On late October 30, the vessel with 17 people aboard sank on the Soai Rap River. Thirteen sailors have been rescued while two others were found dead.-VNA
