A master plan on implementation of recommendations accepted by Vietnam under the fourth cycle of the Universal Periodic Review (UPR) of the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) took effect on June 17.

Ambassador Duong Chi Dung, Permanent Representative of the Permanent Mission of Vietnam to the United Nations Office, the World Trade Organization and other international organizations attended the 41st session of the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC), which opened on June 24 in Geneva.

Indonesia will actively campaign for membership at the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) during its 40th session, scheduled to take place in Geneva, Switzerland, from February 25-28.
