Following the guidance for children vaccination issued onOctober 14, teenagers aged 16 and 17 will be the first to receive the shots, hesaid, adding that Pfizer vaccine will be used for children.
The vaccination will be conducted by mobile stations, or atcommunal health stations or at schools, according to Long.
After the 16-17 age group, 15-year-old children will be the nextto be vaccinated.
Parents or guardians of children will be required to sign papersallowing the vaccination, Long said, urging relevant agencies to conductawareness activities to get adults to take their children to vaccination. /.
