National flag carrier Vietnam Airlines and budget airline Jetstar Pacific will provide nearly 1 million seats (equivalent to 4,700 flights) in domestic and international routes, to meet the travelling demand on the upcoming Reunification Day (April 30) and International Labour Day (May 1) holiday.

Hanoi (VNA) – National flagcarrier Vietnam Airlines and budget airline Jetstar Pacific will provide nearly1 million seats (equivalent to 4,700 flights) in domestic and internationalroutes, to meet the travelling demand on the upcoming Reunification Day (April30) and International Labour Day (May 1) holiday.
Vietnam Airlines will offer roughly 800,000seats, a rise by 78,000 seats year-on-year; while Jetstar Pacific will provide nearly200,000 seats for flights, between April 26 and May 5.
They will be arranged mainly on the majordomestic flights between Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang, Phu Quoc, andNha Trang; as well as international routes between Vietnam and Japan, theRepublic of Korea, Thailand, and Cambodia.
During peak times, passengers are advisedto take advantage of online check-in services or airport kiosks to save timebefore departure, as well as purchase tickets on the two airlines’ websites: www.vietnamairlines.comand www.jetstar.com/vn or official offices to avoid fraudulent and overpricedtickets. –VNA
