Hanoi (VNA) - President Truong Tan Sa𓆉ng has sent a message of condolences to his French counterpart Francois Hollande over the heavy casua💯lties caused by bloody attacks on civilians in Paris on November 13.

Also on November 14, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung extended condolences to his French counterpart Manuel Valls. Deputy PM and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also offered deepest sympathies to French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius on the losses. A series of attacks in Paris on November 13 killed at least 120 people.-VNA
