According to the Vietnam Leather, Footwear andHandbag Association (Lefaso), the event is expected to help local businessesgrasp international footwear development trend, apply new materials andinformation and technology (IT) to slash costs and meet environmentalrequirements.
Provided with sufficient information fromforeign experts, Vietnamese footwear producers will be able to pen vision anddevelopment strategies.
The event will also give local firms a chance to meetwith customers from 20 countries worldwide.
