HCM City (VNA) – The Vietnam InternationalJewelry Fair (VIJF) is scheduled to run in Ho Chi Minh City from November 8 to12, attracting 200 domestic and foreign businesses.
At a ceremony introducing the event on October 31, Dao CongThang, Deputy Director of the Saigon Jewelry Company Limited, said the VIJF hasbeen organised in 25 consecutive years, thus becoming a traditional festival ofthe sector and a destination for product promotion and partnership formation.
Thang said the organising board expects to hold the eventtwice a year and expand its reach to other cities and provinces, such as Hanoiand Can Tho.
The VIJF 2017 will feature various sections, including jewelry,gems and stones, jewelry making equipment, and customer services.
