Vietnam, RoK firms foster partnership

Businesses from Vietnam and the Republic of Korea have signed 10 contracts and memoranda of understanding worth nearly 1 billion VND (44,900 USD) during a five-day industry-trade-tourism fair.

Ba Ria-Vung Tau (VNA)🀅 – Businesses from Vietnam and the Republic of Korea have signed 10 contracts and memoranda of understanding worth nearly 1 billion VND (44,900 USD) during a five-day industry-trade-tourism fair that concluded in the southern province of Ba Ria-Vung Tau on November 7. 

According to the organising board, the event attracted about 40,000 visitors who spent over 6.5 billion VND, mostly on wooden interior décor with 1.7 billion VND. Meanwhile, RoK booths posted combined revenue of about 1.1 billion VND. 

ꦓ The fair created a playground for enterprises of both sides to strengthen their trade exchange and information sharing, helping them find suitable partners. 

Themed “Vietnam-RoK Cooperation for Mutual Development,” the event featured 348 booths showcasing products of 194 firms, including 84 from Ba Ria-Vung Tau and 35 from the RoK. 

𝔉 Participants brought to the fair various products, including wooden products, handicrafts, interior décor, garment, seafood, plant varieties, cosmetics, processed products, and other consumer goods.-VNA
