Deputy Minister of Planning and investment Vu Dai Thang on December 13 met Vietnamese and Dubai businessmen who were in Hanoi under an investment cooperation programme. The programme lays a firm foundation for Vietnam to lure more investment from Dubai and the Middle East region. It is also expected to help boost economic ties between domestic and Dubai businesses.

Vietnamese-German billionaire Mai Vu Minh - Chairman of Sapa Thale Group on behalf of the delegation vowed to exert all-out efforts to boost investment to Vietnam from Dubai in particular and United Arab Emirates (UAE) in general.
SAPA Thale Group is operating in finance investment in Germany, Vietnam and many other countries in the world. Previously, the group and the Dubai Investment Development Agency inked a bilateral investment cooperation deal in Ho Chi Minh City on December 11.-VNA
