Vietnamese firms attend M-Tech Nagoya in Japan

Twenty-six Vietnamese businesses in the supporting industry joined the fourth Manufacturing World Nagoya (M-Tech Nagoya) trade show, which took place in Nagoya, the capital city of Japan’s Aichi Prefecture from April 17-19.

Tokyo (VNA) – Twenty-six Vietnamese businesses in thesupporting industry joined the fourth Manufacturing World Nagoya (M-TechNagoya) trade show, which took place in Nagoya, the capital city of Japan’s AichiPrefecture from April 17-19.

According to Vietnamese Trade Councilor in Japan Ta DucMinh, this is the first time that Vietnamese businesses had organised their ownseparate section at the event.

The section was jointly arranged by the Vietnam Associationfor the Supporting Industry (VASI) and the Hanoi Centre for Investment, Trade,and Tourism, with the support of the Vietnam Trade Office in Japan.

The Vietnamese firms attending the event mostly operate in metaland electronic accessories production, plastics and rubber, and automation.They have provided products to multinational companies in both Vietnam andforeign markets.

Among the firms present were big players in the industry,including Vietnam Engine and Agriculture Machinery Corporation (VEAM),Export Mechanical Tool JSC (EMTC), Binh Minh TMC, Hiep Phuoc Thanh, KyokoVietnam, and PSH Mechanical Design.

Within M-Tech Nagoya, Vietnamese enterprises had workingsessions with partners to seek partnership opportunities.

M-Tech Nagoya is part of a series of annual industrialexhibitions of Japan, along with M-Tech Tokyo and M-Tech Osaka.

M-Tech Nagoya drew businesses from a range of countries, includingthe US, the Republic of Korea, China, and India. Many of the firms operate inautomobile, electronics, and industrial machineries. –VNA
