Vietnamese PM holds talks with UAE President
On the morning of October 28, 2024, at the Royal Palace in Abu Dhabi, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh held talks with President Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and issued a joint statement to elevate bilateral relations to a Comprehensive Partnership.
