The Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (Vinamilk) has sent a document to the People’s Committee of Ha Tinh province, proposing to build a second dairy farming complex in the central locality.

Hanoi (VNA) – The Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company(Vinamilk) has sent a document to the People’s Committee of Ha Tinh province,proposing to build a dairy farming complex in the central locality.
The complex, expected to cost more than 1.2 trillion VND (52 million USD), willcover between 300ha and 350ha in Huong Vinh commune, Huong Khe district.
It will comprise one to two dairy farms which will be home to up to 8,000 dairycows and one beef cow farm with a scale from 2,000 to 4,000 heads.
Additionally, Vinamilk proposes to develop a material cultivation for cowswhich will span from 5,000ha to 7,000ha in Huong Khe district and otherlocations in the province.
