Yen Bai facilitates Japan’s hi-tech rabbit farming project

Northern Yen Bai province will facilitate Nippon Zoki Vietnam’s hi-tech rabbit farming project in the locality, Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Committee Pham Thi Thanh Tra said on October 7.

Northern Yen Bai province will facilitate Nippon Zoki Vietnam’s projects in the locality, particularly the hi-tech rabbit farming project, Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Committee Pham Thi Thanh Tra said on October 7. Nippon Zoki Vietnam, a member of the Japan-based Nippon Zoki Pharmaceutical Company, will build a hi-tech rabbit farm in Thuong Bang La commune, Van Chan district with the first phase’s total investment of 78 million USD.
The farm is designed to supply rabbits as input material for its pharmaceutical facility in Que Vo Industrial Park, northern Bac Ninh province and export processed rabbit meat to Europe. During her working session with the company’s representatives, Tra pledged to help the firm in procedure, vocational training, promotion works and policies relating to tax.
She asked the company to employ and provide training for local residents and implement the project as scheduled. She expressed her hope for its business expansion in the province. For his part, General Director of Nippon Zoki Vietnam Fujimoto agreed on the province’s proposals and vowed to connect the province with other Japanese investors in different fields. The project is scheduled to receive investment certificate on October 15, construction license on December 15 before it officially starts construction works in early 2016.-VNA
