Sun Group Chairman Nguyen Van Binh said despite low travel season, the city’s lustre has been maintained with an array of events and shows, adding Sun Group is planning attractive festivals to serve tourists until the end of the year such as a beer festival, an autumn festival, a winter festival, a Halloween festival and a countdown festival at Sun World Ba Na Hills recreational complex.

As for the upcoming National Day holiday, the group’s "new entertainment district" Da Nang Downtown will host a string of art activities, including an international art show called “Symphony of River”, while Au O puppetry theatre features various traditional performances, he added.

The city will also offer visitors diverse culinary and shopping experiences. Its lodging facilities will also provide them with many good discount programmes.

Da🎐 Nang welcomed 2.5 million foreign tourist arrivals during January-July, up 34.7 % year-on-year, equivalent to the target set for the whole year. The number is projected to reach 3.5 million in 2024, equal to the pre-COVID-19 pandemic level./.
