With the support ofthousands of fans on home turf, Song Lam Nghe An took more control than theirIndonesian rivals in the first half but they failed to score any goal.
Meanwhile, Indonesian players made quick attacks threatening Song Lam Nghe Andefenders but they couldn’t turn opportunities into goals.
The first half ended 0-0 and it was kept till the match finished.
With one pointearned from the match, Song Lam Nghe An had seven points and temporarily led GroupH, while Persija Jakarta had four points, ranking second.-VNA
Two national under-23 players scored to help Song Lam Nghe An beat Johor Darul Ta’zim 2-0 in their second match of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Cup’s Group H in Vinh city, the central province of Nghe An on February 28.
