The event is expected to seethe participation of various teams from 26 countries and territoriesacross the world. The host, Vietnam, will take part in the festivalwith six teams.
The festival will be held simultaneously at VungTau Intourco resort, Vung Tau tourism market and Thuy Van – Paradisebeach in Vung Tau city.
During the festival, a series of otheractivities such as a kite exhibition, a freestyle kite performance and acourse on how to make a kite will also be organised.-VNA
