Binh Duong (VNA) - Rheinol RacingDays, the first-ever motorsport event of Vietnam, will be held at the Dai NamRacing Circuit in southern Binh Duong province on March 10 and 11.

The Dai Nam Racing Circuit is the onlyinternational circuit in the country.

The tournament, similar to Gymkhana, is expectedto see the participation of some 40 racers in five different categories. Thegoal is to achieve the fastest time possible and requires drivers toperform reversals, 180-degree spins, 360-degree spins, parking boxes, figure 8sand other advanced manoeuvres.

The first day will have a technical meeting aswell as a practice and qualification round. The official racing will start fromthe second day. Apart from racing events, the best competitors will also have achance to show off their talent in Drift Show.-VNA

ꦐ Vietnam re-elected to 2005 UNESCO Convention’s Intergovernmental Committee
