The verdict said Nhat, 50, residing in Hai Chau district, Da Nangcity, posted many articles written by himself and several others on hisblog between 2009 and May 25, 2013. Eleven of his articles and one postby another person contained untruthful information that distorted theParty’s guidelines and policies and the State laws. They offered aone-sided perspective causing public concern, undermining the publictrust in the leadership of the Party and State. These articles attractedover 34,000 views and 483 comments.
Though he was asked to stop posting many times, he continued regardless.-VNA
