Book “Ho Chi Minh’s Biography” translated into Bengali
The Vietnamese Embassy in Bangladesh on March 6 introduced the Bengali language version of the book “Ho Chi Minh’s Biography”, published by The Gioi Publishers.

Hanoi (VNA) – TheVietnamese Embassy in Bangladesh on March 6 introduced the Bengali language versionof the book “Ho Chi Minh’s Biography”, published by The Gioi Publishers.
The translation of the book fromEnglish into Bengali was jointly conducted by the Vietnamese Embassy and NawabSalimullah Institute – a non-governmental organisation of Bangladesh that wasfounded in 1987.
They had previously workedtogether in introducing the Bengali language version of another book titled“How Ho Chi Minh wrote his testament” by Vu Ky, a secretary of the latePresident.

Speaking at the event, VietnameseAmbassador to Bangladesh Tran Van Khoa thanked the Bangladeshi people for theirgood sentiments toward Vietnam, its people, and President Ho Chi Minh inparticular.
Khoa highlighted cultural andhistorical similarities of the two countries, especially their past strugglesfor national liberation.
The diplomat said the translationof the books into Bengali have boosted mutual understanding between the Vietnameseand Bangladeshi people, thus helping to nurture the traditional friendshipbetween the two nations.
On the occasion, the ambassadorpresented certificates of merit bestowed by Vietnamese Deputy Prime MinisterPham Binh Minh to the Nawab Salimullah Institute and its head Muhammad AbdulJabbar for their contributions to the enhancement of the Vietnam-Bangladeshsolidarity and friendship.
Journalist Abdul Mozid, thetranslator of the book “Ho Chi Minh’s Biography”, said the motivation behindhis work was to help more Bangladeshi people from all walks of life gain easieraccess to the book and understand more about President Ho Chi Minh’s life andcareer.
Mozid said he admired PresidentHo Chi Minh for his simple life, adding that he has learned from hisjournalistic style and skills during the translation process.-VNA
A book entitled “Ho Chi Minh – a patriot, 60 years of revolutionary struggling” was launched by the Cuban Science and Society Publishing House on Feb. 16 within the framework of the 2011 Havana International Book Fair.

During his stay in China’s Guangzhou city from 1924 to 1927 to prepare for the establishment of a Communist Party to lead Vietnam’s revolution, President Ho Chi Minh founded “Thanh nien” newspaper and released its first issue on June 21, 1925.
Vietnam and Cambodia are hoped to strengthen their robust collaboration across various sectors, particularly in resolving remaining border issues to transform the border area into a zone of peace, friendship, cooperation, and development.
The strategic product, managed and operated by the agency’s centre for digital contents and communications (VNA Media), is an official channel for popularising the Party and State’s information and documents as well as delivering mainstream and trustworthy news to both domestic and international audiences through various kinds of multimedia formats.
Since President Ho Chi Minh founded Thanh Nien (Young People) newspaper in 1925, the Vietnamese revolutionary press has become the voice of the people. During the resistance war against the colonialists, journalists took great personal risks to inspire patriotism and the will of rising up against foreign invaders.

In recent decades, Vietnam’s mainstream media has become a reliable and persuasive channel for showcasing the nation’s development policies and achievements, especially in economic matters, according to a senior assistant editor at the Times of India.
A hub for sharing best practices, the event aims to forge solutions for financial sustainability, public media contracts, audience engagement, content innovation, and newsroom restructuring. It is also a moment for Vietnam’s media to accelerate its progress and figure out what the “revolutionary press” means in a new era.
From “Thanh nien”, Vietnam’s first revolutionary newspaper founded by Nguyen Ai Quoc (later President Ho Chi Minh) on June 21, 1925, the revolutionary press has remained devoted to its sacred missions -accompanying the nation, serving the Fatherland, and working for the people.
